Warning :
Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric heaters, heaters, gas etc. in the near vicinity of the cot.
Do not use the bed if some items are broken, damaged or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacture; Do not leave anything in the bed and do not place it next to a product that could provide an outlet for the child’s feet or danger of suffocation or strangulation, e.g. strings, curtain cords etc.. ;
Do not use more than one mattress in the bed. General recommendations :
Should assembly fitting are always properly tightened and regularly checked and tightened if necessary. Refer to the assembling instructions.
The frame is adjustable in height, however the lowest position is the safest and the mattress should always be used in this position once the baby is old enough to sit.
Be aware of the risk of falling; when the child is able to climb out of cot, the cot should not be used for that child in this configuration. When the child is able to get out of bed, the configuration with evolutive side, in accordance with the standard NF EN 60-300, is recommended.
Recommendations on the mattress :
2 marks on the side panel (2 lines) indicate the maximum mattress height to be used with the bed base in the upper position and lower position.
The thickness of the mattress mush be chosen such that the internal height (ie the distance between the surface of the mattress and the upper part of the bed) is at least 500 mm in the lower position of the bed frame and at least 200 mm in its highest position.
Dimensions (length x width) of the mattress to use : 1200 x 600 mm.

Up to What Age Can My Baby Sleep in the Crib?
We recommend discontinuing use of the crib once your baby is able to sit up, kneel, or even start to stand on their own. This ensures their safety as they grow.
What Type of Wood Do You Use?
Our furniture is crafted from wood sourced from renewed forests. We use Australian White Cedar (Melia azedarach, also known as neem), a durable, fast-growing wood that is naturally resistant to insects and fungi. Its leaves even offer medicinal benefits, contributing to a healthier environment.
What Is the VOC Content of Your Furniture?
Our MDF is produced from rubberwood obtained from sustainably managed plantations and meets the carb-P2 standard, with formaldehyde levels at just 4.1mg/100g—well below the European E1 maximum of 8mg/100g. Overall, our furniture emits three times less than European recommendations and is rated A+ for emissions. We use solid wood, low-adhesive MDF, natural rattan, metal, and water-based finishes, avoiding chipboard due to its higher formaldehyde content.
I Live in an Apartment Building. Do You Deliver Upstairs?
Standard deliveries are made to the entrance of your building or residence. For deliveries to higher floors, please email us at info@racyliving.com with your full address, floor number, and details on whether an elevator is available. Please note that our furniture is delivered in several cartons (each weighing up to 30kg) to facilitate easier handling.

What Should I Do When the Driver Arrives with My Parcel?
When your delivery arrives, please check that:
Your parcel is delivered on a pallet (if your order includes more than one item).
The number of boxes matches both the shipping document and your order.
All cartons are in good condition.
What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged?
If you notice any damage upon delivery, please refuse the parcel or the entire delivery without signing the delivery note. This action ensures that the carrier’s insurance covers the return and replacement. If needed, contact us immediately at info@racyliving.com
How Do I Return My Parcel?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without providing a reason (excluding return shipping costs). To initiate a return, please email us at info@racyliving.com. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, and they must be sent back within 10 working days. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, refunds will be processed within 15 working days via bank transfer.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
Additionally, items returned damaged or not in their original packaging will not be refunded, and “do-it-yourself” products that have been assembled are not eligible for return.
When Will I receive my order?
Delivery typically takes between 10 and 15 days. Please note that since our products are shipped from France to the UK, customs and border checks may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
