Our delivery times vary by product and by brand. To be able to offer products from international brands at the most competitive prices, some of our products are bought to order. This means some products may have longer delivery times.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or pre-order products, delivery times may vary. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £100 within the UK. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. However, some items may have a shorter return window depending on the supplier. Please check the product description and the FAQ under the supplier's brand for specific return policies. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs may apply.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform the courier immediately. If the damage is noticed after unpacking, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If it is only noticeable once opened, please send us an email with photographic evidence. We will then arrange collection and a replacement with you.
Can I schedule a preferred delivery date?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific delivery day, but we will do our best to request it for you. However, this is not guaranteed.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website and complete payment at checkout. If you need assistance, our customer support team is happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
When will payment be taken?
Payment is processed immediately upon checkout once your card or payment method is authorized. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is successful.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
Will I be charged VAT?
All our prices are displayed inclusive of VAT for UK customers. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, additional import duties or taxes may apply.
How do I use a discount code?

Some products, especially made-to-order or high-demand items, may have longer lead times. Availability is indicated on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications.
