Below is a detailed overview of our temporary delivery policy to help you understand how your orders will be handled. Please note this policy is subject to change as we finalize arrangements with our suppliers and logistics partners.
Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery times vary depending on the product type, availability, and location. Estimated delivery timeframes can be found on the product page under the "Delivery Information" section.
- Smaller Items: Typically delivered within 3-7 working days.
- Larger Items: Delivery may take 7-15 working days.
For remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other less accessible locations, delivery may take an additional 5-10 working days.
Delivery Costs
- Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy free delivery for all orders over £100 to UK Mainland addresses.
- Orders Under £100: A standard delivery charge of £7.95 applies.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands is not included in free delivery. Please contact us for a customized delivery quote.
Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are made on working weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- A specific delivery time window may be provided closer to the delivery date.
- For larger items, our delivery team may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Important: Ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Failure to accept the delivery may result in re-delivery charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). For multiple items, deliveries may arrive on different days due to varying dispatch timelines. If this happens, rest assured we will notify you in advance.
Preparing for Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please:
- Confirm the item will fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways.
- Clear the delivery path of any obstructions, including pets or minors, for safety.
- Notify us in advance if delivery to an upper floor is required, as this may require additional arrangements.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery:
- Inspect the item carefully before signing. If you cannot inspect it immediately, sign as "unchecked" to allow for any claims.
- Report any damages within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- If the item requires assembly, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Items damaged during assembly cannot be refunded or replaced.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the agreed date:
- A re-delivery charge may apply.
- Late cancellations after dispatch will incur a return delivery charge.
Important Notes
- Larger or bulky items are delivered to ground-floor rooms only for insurance purposes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items will fit through entryways before placing an order.
- Deliveries requiring specialized equipment or additional personnel may incur extra charges.
