Our ABC Design collections are made to last, but you still need to take care of them. We realise that raising children is already a handful enough, so we have designed our products with this in mind. ABC Design products are easy to wash with a wipe or warm water and a cloth, whilst some of our removable foot rests and boots are machine washable, taking the hassle out of caring.

Indicate which products you’d like to return and the reason for returning them. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can return items within 28 days of the purchase date if you’re not 100% satisfied with them. We will refund you the full amount you’ve paid for the product only when you returned it within the 28-day standard period. 

The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrapping) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. 

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that RacyLiving reserves the right not to pay the full refund.

Standard Delivery – £7.49, FREE on orders over £100.

Our standard delivery service will ensure that your goods arrive at your delivery address by courier within 1 to 7 working days of placing the order (some exceptions apply – please see below). In the majority of cases where orders are placed before 1pm, the delivery will be made at an unspecified time on the next working day. For clarity, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

RacyLiving will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. There may be additional delivery or collection charges and extended delivery times in some areas.

We offer a 2 year warranty on our prams and pushchairs.

ABC Design have been recognised as meeting and following the safety standards for the following: BS EN 1888: BS EN 1888 is a European standard specifying safety and performance requirements for baby strollers, ensuring quality and compliance. UPF 50+: UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor, measuring protection against UV rays. REACH: The European Chemicals Regulation for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals. EN Norm: Regulates safety requirements and test procedures across the European Union. Intertek: Utilises various test procedures to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and quality of a wide range of children’s products. 100% Vegan: From prams to bags and accessories, our products contain no animal components, using only synthetic and natural materials.

The terms “pushchair,” “pram,” “buggy,” and “stroller” are often used interchangeably, but they can have specific distinctions: Pushchair: A four-wheeled vehicle with a reclining seat that is generally suitable for children 6 months and up who can sit up independently/ Pram: Refers to a traditional baby carriage with a flat bottom, where the baby can lie down. Prams are designed for newborns and younger infants. Buggy: A collapsible, lightweight stroller designed for older babies and toddlers. Buggies are often more portable and suitable for travel. Stroller: Interchangeable term for buggy.
